I've been thinking about making aluminum can tab art of The Beatles Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band for few years but haven't yet, until this year when the idea popped into my head...it happens to be the album's 50th anniversary! So I've decided to make it into a coaster for the coaster show. Also, Yellow Submarine to compliment each other.

Finally finished the commission painting, Moe'uhane. Acrylic on canvas 24"x24"x1.5". I painted all sides to wraparound the canvas,

I got a commission to paint a bigger version of my 2011 painting, Moe’uhane(the Hawaiian word for dream, means “soul sleep”)

It’ll be painted on 24”x24”x1.5” canvas. Here’s a pencil drawing of updated version on paper that I finished.

2011 painting. Acrylic and color pencil on masonite tile 5.75"x5.75"

It was displayed at Orange County Great Park, Irvine's "Great 949" exhibit.

Choice – 8”x10” acrylic on board. It took awhile but I finally finished it. Sometimes it’s hard to tell how my painting’s going to end up so I just keep my patience and go with the flow...
